١. أهلية الاستخدام

1. Eligibility

يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام زولي. إذا كان عمرك أقل من 18 عامًا، فيجب أن تستخدم التطبيق بموافقة ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zooli. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. User Responsibilities

أنت مسؤول بالكامل عن المحتوى الذي تنشره داخل التطبيق، بما في ذلك الإعلانات والصور والأوصاف والأسعار وأي معلومات أخرى تقدمها.

You are fully responsible for the content you post in the app, including ads, images, descriptions, prices, and any other information you provide.

• يجب أن تكون جميع الإعلانات دقيقة وصحيحة.
• يجب ألا تحتوي الإعلانات على معلومات مضللة أو غير قانونية.
• يجب عليك التأكد من أن لديك الحق في بيع المنتج أو الخدمة.
• يجب استخدام المنصة بطريقة محترمة وآمنة.

• All advertisements must be accurate and truthful.
• Ads must not contain misleading or illegal information.
• You must ensure you have the right to sell the product or service.
• The platform must be used in a respectful and safe manner.

٣. الحسابات والمسؤولية الأمنية

3. Accounts and Security

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك، بما في ذلك كلمة المرور وأي نشاط يتم عبر حسابك. يجب عدم مشاركة بيانات الدخول مع أي شخص آخر.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, including your password and any activity performed through your account. You must not share your login details with anyone else.

4. Prohibited Content

لا يجوز استخدام زولي لنشر أو الترويج لأي محتوى غير قانوني أو احتيالي أو ضار. وقد يشمل ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، المحتوى التالي:

Zooli may not be used to post or promote any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content. This includes, without limitation, the following:

• السلع غير القانونية أو المقلدة.
• الاحتيال أو الخداع أو أي سلوك غير مشروع.
• الأسلحة أو المواد المحظورة أو أي عناصر مخالفة للقانون.
• المحتوى الذي ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو يسيء إليهم.

• Illegal or counterfeit goods.
• Fraud, deception, or any unlawful conduct.
• Weapons, prohibited materials, or any items against the law.
• Content that violates or harms the rights of others.

٥. إزالة الإعلانات وتعليق الحساب

5. Ad Removal and Account Suspension

تحتفظ زولي بالحق في إزالة أي إعلان أو تعليق أو تقييد أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو سياسات المنصة أو القوانين السارية، وذلك دون إشعار مسبق إذا لزم الأمر.

Zooli reserves the right to remove any ad or suspend/restrict any account that violates these terms, the platform policies, or applicable laws, without prior notice when necessary.

٦. المعاملات بين المستخدمين

6. Transactions Between Users

زولي هي منصة تربط بين البائعين والمشترين فقط، ولا تكون طرفًا في الاتفاق أو التسليم أو الدفع بين المستخدمين. جميع المعاملات تتم على مسؤولية المستخدمين أنفسهم.

Zooli is a platform that connects buyers and sellers only, and is not a party to any agreement, delivery, or payment between users. All transactions are conducted at the users’ own risk.

٧. الملكية الفكرية

7. Intellectual Property

جميع حقوق التصميم والهوية والعلامة التجارية الخاصة بالتطبيق تعود إلى زولي، باستثناء المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون بأنفسهم.

All rights to the app design, identity, and branding belong to Zooli, except for user-generated content created by users themselves.

٨. تحديد المسؤولية

8. Limitation of Liability

زولي لا تتحمل المسؤولية عن أي نزاعات أو خسائر أو أضرار تنشأ بين المستخدمين، أو عن أي معلومات غير دقيقة أو مضللة ينشرها المستخدمون داخل المنصة.

Zooli is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising between users, or for any inaccurate or misleading information posted by users on the platform.

٩. القانون الحاكم

9. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين السودان، ويتم تفسيرها وفقًا لها.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sudan.

١٠. التغييرات على الشروط

10. Changes to These Terms

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام زولي بعد نشر التغييرات يعني قبولك للشروط المحدثة.

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of Zooli after changes are posted means that you accept the updated terms.
